I am pretty excited for her Jay Leno interview, I wonder if Rachel and Channing will also make an appearance on The Today Show when the Carpenter's are on. And if there will be a New York press junket for The Vow.

No I don't think so, Sony Pictures Australia announced that Channing and Jonah Hill are going to be in Australia February 20. I think they would have announced if Rachel and Channing were going to promote The Vow as well..

Thanks for finding that. It would have been cool to have had another opportunity for new pictures, but I did think it would be tight in their schedule as the movie comes out the same time as in the US.

Rachel attended the Journey 2: The Mysterious Island in Los Angeles yesterday, I am a bit surprised since she never attended a LA premiere (as far as I know) of a movie she isn't part of.

I'm a bit surprised as well but I guess it's part of the promo tour. Not a big fan of the dress but she pulls it off and her whole look is really appropriate for a movie that takes place on an island lol I really hope we get pictures of her and Josh Hutcherson

I had the same reaction Lydia, even checked the writers/producers to find a link to Rachel. The only link I could find is New Line who also produced the Notebook. Every award ceremony she could attended because of MIP and she choices this movie

But I think Aurore is making a good point, it's probably part of The Vow promotion tour, I mean ever news site I read so far is mentioning Rachel attended, and that The Vow is coming out the same day as the movie. It's really unlike Rachel to do this, but I guess it's good promotion I mean the Vanessa/Ashley Tisdale fans are a good audience for The Vow.

But you don't hear me complaining, I mean we got new pictures and it's always nice to get new red carpet pics.

It was unexpected! Honestly, I'm delighted that she's making herself visible at the minute because I really want her to have a big hit with The Vow. I do think it's odd that she turned up to this and yet didn't bother going to the SAGs where she was nominated!

Lindsey, you're right about Vanessa and Ashley being part of the target demographic. I wonder if the pr team will get Taylor Swift or Selena Gomez to attend the LA premiere.

Lydia, you are probably right about the joke, I just found it odd that she attends the premiere. But Lainey is probably right it's good promotion for The Vow but at the same time really unlike her to do so.
