Was watching some Hollywood junket clips for La La Land and the interviewer gave "The Notebook" DVD to Ryan Gosling. He ended up giving it to Emma Stone (fast-forward to 3:35):

Also, in an interview with Vanity Fair in,November 2016 Jennifer Lawrence made a reference to the movie when describing his relationship with Emma Stone:

Actress Raquel Welch was on The Talk and she mentioned that during a screening of The Big Short, she talked to Ryan Gosling about the Notebook. She thought it was the "most romantic movie ever" and she's watched the movie so many times. What she said about Ryan Gosling's performance in "The Notebook":
