Hi everyone,

The Fan Forum Graphics Team is in the process of (re)customizing message boards and now it's your turn!

If you have any picture suggestions or colour ideas, please post them on this thread. Don't post (hotlink) the pictures, links to them are fine. Make sure that the pictures are of as high quality as possible and that the top of the head of the person in the picture isn't cropped off. We also like to use photoshoot images when possible.

Your suggestions for possible colors and pictures will be taken into serious consideration, but in the interest of seeing every board receive the best customized look possible, the final decision concerning how this board will be customized will be made by the members of the Graphics Team, because we want to make sure that the selected graphic and colors fit into the overall design scheme that we've established for Fan Forum.

For a full explanation of the message board customization process, see this thread. If you have any questions, please feel free to send Kasia a PM or ask them on the message board customization thread.

Please leave this topped until a week or so after the board has been (re)customized.

Note: It usually takes less than 2 weeks for us to finish making the new banner and the sooner we know what you want, the more we can work on it (though it can take a few months or so to set it up with the new colours on the board), so please let us know your suggestions as soon as possible.

When the Team have made and voted on a winning graphic I will close this thread until the graphic & colours get put up, it will then be re-opened so that you can share your thoughts about it.

I'd rather see pastel colors like those we have know, just so that it's easier to read.

As for pictures, I'd rather maybe see the use of newer photoshoots, if possible. The Instyle one is one of my personal favorites: 1, 2

The Vogue one would look pretty good as well: Vogue

Also - I was thinking a cool idea might be a "Rachel through the years" type of banner where you start with her early roles and progress to her recent roles. She has so many different looks and hairstyles for every role, it would kinda cool to see the progression...

I agree with Belle about sticking with the pastel colors.

I love the recent Instyle shoot from Rachel, too, so I'd love to use that one as well.

I agree that the InStyle shoot might be a good one to use - my issue with the Vogue shoot is that in some shots she doesn't really look like herself

It would be kind of neat to get pictures of her in different hair colors/styles b/c she really does change it up quite often, but I think it could also end up looking a little too mixed...like there are different people in the banner

I'll actually be a little sad to lose the colors we have - I really like the purple/mauve But I do think blue would go nicely with the InStyle pictures.

I really like our current color scheme as well! But I think something blue like Kristen Stewart's board would look quite nice.

That's an interesting Rob. I think the Graphics Team usually just picks from one set of pictures though, for their banner.

Yeah, that's why I like the InStyle shoot a little better, at least for the banner - it's more representative of Rachel I think
