I was just thinking about the What a Pair show Kristen is singing at tomorrow, and realized we don't have a thread to discuss her beautiful voice! So now we do

I was listening to To Hear You Say My Name from Tom Sawyer earlier, it's so pretty. And she was only 16 then right? She sounds amazing.

Yup, just that one song though! I don't know if there are any others out there but I've never been able to find them.

I'm interested to see who she's singing with and what she's singing at What a Pair. Tis a shame we probably won't get to hear it though

We probably won't know. I don't know. Lauren Graham used to go to that in the past and we sometimes got pics and infos and sometimes nothing. *lol* And the website has been promising to put up vids for years. Hopefully they are going to start with that this year.

I have the Reefer Madness soundtrack on which she sings a number of tracks. I love her voice. I like that she mostly sings for theatre rather than something more pop-ish. I prefer her singing that way and not being like...Bethany Joy or Majandra Delfino, although I love them both I think Kristen is more suited to singing for theatre.

She's amazing in Reefer. I love her voice in Little Mary Sunshine, when she just goes all out with her sexy voice instead of pretty little Mary Lane voice, heh. So awesome.

She definately has more of a theatre voice, although she sounded awesome singing Bad Day in the finale, and One Way back in S1. I'd love to hear her singing a more poppy type song in full, just to see what it was like.

^ I love Little Mary Sunshine but my favorite is Mary Jane/Mary Lane.
And I love her Bad Day. wished we could hear more.

She should have recorded a full version of Bad Day, just for fun

I loved her singing Bad Day. I actually watched that scene numerous times over and over. *lol* Maybe she did record more of it and it'll be on the season three dvd's? A girl can dream.

And I love her in Reefer Madness. I don't think I have a favourite song though, 'cause she rocked in all of them. But I love the Shakespeare song.

I agree that she has a great theater voice.

Hee, I so wanted Veronica and Mac to do karaoke at some point this season, because Tina sings too. That would have been awesome.

They should have totally made that scene. Mac and V singing would have totally rocked. Maybe RT will do that in the movie? I know I'm living in denial, but it's a nice place here.

they could have done it in 3x01, before Veronica and Mac came home a lil tipsy.

It amused me in the finale when Logan told her about the tape, and she asked "am I singing karaoke?" oh, how I wish she was! Hee.

Awesome! Thanks chris! I've seen a short clip of her performing that song on stage, but not the full song and not from that angle.

Man she really rocks in that.
