Why have they not released it

Seeing all the new cast promo pics makes me sad that we won't get any Elle/Kristen ones

Promo pics are only for regulars

so we'll just have to wait for them to release episode stills for 3x02.. we got 3x01 stills a while back, we should have got 2 at the same time seeing as they're both airing together!
