Trapped and terrified, Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) and Tracy (Ali Larter) fight for their lives against a much-changed, monstrous Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) to free themselves, Maya (Dania Ramirez) and the doctor’s other “test subjects.” Elle (guest star Kristen Bell) returns, with a shock for Claire (Hayden Panettiere) and her family. Meanwhile, aware of Peter’s (Milo Ventimiglia) ruthless take down by her rivals at Pinehearst, Angela (Cristine Rose) reaches out to convince Sylar (Zachary Quinto) to save his brother. Since he won’t sign up with the Villains, Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) is ordered by her boss to go back and kill Matt (Greg Grunberg) -- or be killed herself. While in awe of the African precog’s power, Hiro (Masi Oka) still questions Usutu’s (guest star Ntare Mwine) advice on how to best face his gathering opponents. Jack Coleman and James Kyson Lee star. Alan Blumenfeld, Ashley Crow, Robert Forster, Jaime Hector and Blake Shields guest star.

Such a great ep! All the Elle/Claire seriously, they have amazing chemistry and their scenes were even better than I expected. The plane scene, holy crap. Although it is a little ridiculous that they thought flying with Elle going off every 5 minutes would be a good idea, hee. What if she'd gone off while going through security?! Heh. But I don't care, because Elle/Claire are pretty much perfection. I love how they bonded and really do understand each other.

Wish Elle hadn't just run off into Pinehearst at the end though, does she want to go get pushed off a roof too? she should have just waited for Claire, and let Peter explain what happened before she rushed in. So cute how she apologized to Claire first though.

I finally watched the episode.. Kristen was awesome..

and I really don't like the thought she's going into Pinehearst.. I'm scared about her..

I thought this episode was much better than previous Heroes episodes this season. It's slowly getting better. And we see more of Elle. Maybe there's a connection to the quality, heh.

I loved the VM familiar quotes and Elle/Claire time. The plane scene is rewatch material

It was definitely a good ep, which makes me sad that Jesse Alexander has been fired, seeing as he wrote it he should still be here for that plane scene alone

Jesse Alexander has been fired? And he wrote the magnificent ep? Why was he fired? Now, this is a jump the shark moment for me.

The plane scene was awesome. I really liked the ep more than the others too, although I can't pinpoint why.

Him and Jeph Loeb have both been fired. Apparently NBC aren't happy with the creative direction the show is going so decided to get rid of them don't really know the whole story though..
