Definitely! And you know...if you look at the Amazon cover of 'Queen of Babble', it does kind of look like Kristen! Meg Cabot put a great pic of KB on her blog though as it's the one in her Chewbacca t-shirt. The part is probably a little younger than KB wanted to play, but at least the character is 21-22 yrs old and I think Kristen can pull that age off just fine still.

Btw, has any one read the books? Is Lizzie just talkative and bubbly or is she supposed to be a little vapid? I hope KB isn't playing an air-headed blonde...

I haven't read 'em, just the amazon.com recap. Yeah, hopefully Lizzie isn't too bubbly...witty and sarcastic would be nice though!

Agreed, Hayden could definitely pass for 21, someone needs to notify her agent about the part.

Don't know what to think of the part though since I've not read anything from the author. But how cute is it how psyched she was about KB doing the part?

I'd love witty and a least a little sarcastic, rather than just starry-eyed and innocent, etc! I don't want KB to be playing Disney-movieesque 'bubble-gum sweet' type roles...I want the character to have more character!

Heh, someone has to let us know when they read those books, so they can tell us more about Lizzie.

Holly ordered the books from amazon today. She'll read them after she finishes the current book she's doing. No idea when that'll be but I'm sure she'll tell us what she thinks of it!

Realistically I don't actually think Hayden and Kristen could ever play the same age though. They definitely don't look like they have a 9 year age gap, but I do think Hayden looks quite obviously younger when you see them up close, heh. So Lizzie should have a little sister, she can play her

I don't think Hayden looks younger up close or from far away at all unless she has make-up on that is supposed to have that effect. There are pics where she looked older than Kristen. They could totally pull off playing friends, since I look younger than all of my friends too.

I would agree they could pull off playing friends, because it does depend on the makeup with Hayden as she can look really young, but when she puts on makeup, she can actually look older than Kristen. Maybe it's because she goes for more of a 'glam' look than KB, but she could definitely play in her early twenties as it's only a few years older than her actual age.

We have got to read the book so we know who the other characters are...

The good news is that no one will need to tell Hayden's agent because Hayden will already know that KB has the role and KB can tell her all about it!
