I can't find it online, but I have the print version of this week's Star Magazine, and Kristen got an extremely high profile story on page 20 about her breakup. It takes up the entire page and is entitled "Kristen and Kevin: Heartbreaking Split!" It's quite catty. After citing the "official" reason for the breakup, the Star dishes the juice. Here's the money paragraphs:

But a source tells Star exclusively that Kristen, 27, dumped the 31 year old Washington DC native because, "she didn't need Kevin's help anymore [with her career] and made it very clear she was moving up and moving on." Meanwhile, Kevin is "heartbroken about the way things turned out", adds the source. "He really thought she was the one. Now he's lost his love and his home."
Since Kevin moved out of their Studio City, Calf., home, Kristen has been busy entertaining her new BFF's, Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia. She is also rumored to be dating Heroes cast member David Anders! "Kristen and David have been seeing each other for about two months- you do the math," sniffs the source. David, according to the source, was a pal of both Kristen and Kevin!

Meow. Sounds like one of Kevin's friends has a bone to grind with Kristen. The suggestion that Kevin was "helping" Kristen's career seems absurd. Kristen's participation in Fifty Pills seemed more like charity on her part towards him. And I imagine the only reason he's one of the "producers" on Fanboys has to do with her as well. The picture that takes up 2/3 of the page is of Kristen and Kevin holding hands, but Kristen is talking on the phone and Kevin looks than happy. The article itself is told from a completely pro-Kevin point of view because of the weaselly source they used, but I still think this is huge for Kristen. She's never gotten this sort of treatment in the weekly mags, and this comes straight on the heels of her getting favorable treatment at The Superficial. Kristen is really starting to make the Big Time!
