I don't think it's quite two years, so "over the year" is probably the best way to say it.

That vid is cute. And yes, defenitely two years. It does say so in the cosmo article too. But I think their second anniversary hasn't yet been (since they got together around the same time I did with my bf), so maybe that's why they said over a year? Cause it's technically not been two yet?
