I have been in contact with various other VM cast members over the past few months, so should be able to arrange a replacement guest within the next day or so.

I can appreciate that many will be dissapointed by this unfortionate turn of events, but unfortionately cancelations due to work is a risk each time I book a big name guest for an event (and in the past few months Kristen has become extremely in demand as an actress). However, I am committed to presenting an excellent VM guest line up, and will endeavour to find replacements from VM that ensures all attendees still have an excellent time at the event.

As we always clearly advertise, guests commit to attending conventions subject to their acting work commitments. This means that if they get a role in a film or TV series that conflicts with the convention, they will have to cancel their appearance at the convention. They are actors first and foremost, and it would be unreasonable to expect them to jeopardise their acting career to attend a convention.

Guys, I'm not finishing the pillow now.

Unless we get JD to give it to her or something, but that would be kind of weird. I'm undecided about the book.

This sucks! Hmm...the only thing I can think of is if we save the project, work on it and maybe contact her agent and find out when she'll next be in the UK and if it's possible for a couple of fans to meet her and give her the stuff?

Rai, I've tried contacting her agent before and no response. And it could be a long time before she ever comes to the UK

So i'm in favor of sending it through snail mail.

ah it's really a pity she can't come.. To tell the truth.. even if I'm not going to the UK I'm pissed..
