If you can't find a cushion of the right size then just sew one! It's easy enough, it's what I tend to do any time I cross stitch a pillow case for friends birthdays.

All those ideas sound awesome Mandy!

Oh! And while I remember do you guys want me to send something Scottish themed? And if so then who should I send it to?

I can't offer to bring it, sadly, 'cause I'll have problems bringing my stuff on the plane as it is. I'm only bringing carry on and I have no idea if I can bring everything I want to bring. Sorry, But I'm sure someone will take it for you. And fickledame is also assembling the gift package

I'm not entirely sure the sewing a pillow thing will work.

But I'm sure I'll find something small in a size that'll be nice. Hopefully with a pillow case.

Mandy, I do hope she'll use the pillow on her flight back. That would be really awesome!

Yep, only carry on.

I took only carry on to San Fran, and that was a day longer

Problem is that carry on usually means a trolley of a certain size and a purse/messengerbag, but I read the airline rules, and it has to be one piece, so that means no messengerbag.

And I wanted to bring the comp.

Ugh. Ah well, I can always buy a piece of checked in stuff. But I don't want to. It's so much easier to not have to check in stuff and wait for it when you arrive. Now I can just cruise through customs, walk in and fly off. And when I arrive, I can just step out and leave

I don't find check-in and waiting for my suitcase that bad.

So I'll probably have a backpack as a carry on and a suitcase to check-in. Although I'm sure I'm not bringing the comp.

I think I can get the carry on to work. I thought about it and it should be possible. I hope. Carry on can be quite big, the maximum size is 55cmx40x20, which is a reasonable size for a few days

I hate waiting at airports, that's why. Especially when I'm by myself, just hanging around.

Yeah, I'm going to write a letter, and I'm going to get her something Austrian and Slovakia themed. I'm all out of fresh ideas these days.
