I think I'm slowly coming to the painful realization that I just don't like this show. I want to, I really do, but it's seeming futile. I'll try to give it more time.

found the ep underwhelming.. the business stuff completely went over my head, didnt really understand it at all
the freeze frame stuff was annoying and too much during the tour scene
and the dinner scene with the clients was awkward but not funny

only thing i like was marty becoming unhinged at end of ep but again feels like the ep ended abruptly..

i think this show amuses me too much

i love marty.. he's always one step ahead lol..

doug just needs to realize when they are playing with him he should know he cant even trust clyde

guess marty just got a wake up call..

anyways i understood everything fine nothing seemed to bother me..

anyways im watching this show with no expectations.. since its a different show from what im use to, im enjoying the stuff what i get in the episode even if its 20-30 mins.

okay, so it wasn't as great as last weeks episode but i still enjoyed it. and was definitely more coherent than the pilot.

thought that jeannie had most of the great one liners this episode.
'shutup i'm not drunk' (completely out of context to what was happening around her)
'I would let a homeless schizophrenic rub my feet.'
and ' so indiana.... that was some weird **** and my toes are all squishy'

also this one from marty was a keeper: 'Hey Greg, um, how's your beautiful wife? I heard she tastes like Pinkberry'

thought the whole skip scene was a little odd personally. so wasn't really a fan of that.
i didn't like that marty had that play the whole time but didn't tell his team. (surely he should communicate that with him) but instead he swoops in like a savior and they all gush over him. - i get it as far as his character is concerned but still... it felt incongruent with what they actually do as a pod.

i actually enjoyed the first few freeze frames with the marker pen, probably up until the one where he moved jeannies hand -which i thought was pretty cool. after that it was overkill and even silly... like having to force his hand out of the wife's hand. i think those wry glances at the camera where he doesnt say anything are the best (as per last week) and i hope we see more of those - because they are the perfectly honest ones.

also, the tranny thing was funny for a while... but by the final scene with clyde in the plane i thought it had just gone on too long... although doug is so silly and naive to trust him.

i was also glad to see fewer cheadle butt-cakes. (just because if they featured in every episode it would be a bit crazy )

i thought overall the episode strangely lacked in its pod interplay which is weird since they had a fair bit of screen time... i dunno
did enjoy that airport / drunk convo though.
and their brainstorm table scene.
ok i take it back, pod stuff pretty much rocks.

all in all it was good. i'm happy enough.

i dont know i liked the freeze frames.. i wish i was in that scene it didnt seem to overkill it for me.. guess cuz i saw the first 9 mins twice so i enjoyed it more the 2nd time

nah i think the tranny stuff was awesome feel bad for doug.. he should have learned his lesson by now lol.. i still believe in my theory with doug lol.. cuz it did end up happening i would just laughing lol

hmm i think this show amuses me too much LOL! not even don's nakedness or foot sucking bothered me.. guess i have to thank Shame lol

oh my flipping heck... the second time through is hysterical.

great little touches like marty and jeannie playing cards on the plane.
also i completely missed it the first time but when they come out of the business meeting at the end, in the background, you see Spaulding tap jeannies foot with his own and her reaction is priceless.
