Apaprently this was in US Weekly in a bit about the show:

And, Kring adds, Claire (Hayden Panettiere) - who has a big story line with electrified Elle (Kristen Bell) - "gets to go badass!"

for Claire/Elle actually having a big storyline and not just a scene or two!

I know right? So annoying! Now I'm going to have to buy the U.S version too

I really can't wait for this season.. we're getting Elle/Claire, Elle/HRG, Elle/Sylar, Elle/Peter, all my favourite Elle pairings!

and then of course Elle/Jesse!
