Hopefully Knocked Up will do well when it's released. If it does do well, then they'll certainly use "From the makers of The 40 Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up" during the promotion of this movie and people who loved one (or both) of those movies will be interested in seeing it. Plus, if people like Jason in Knocked Up (I hear he's hilarious), they'll want to see him in this.

Russell doesn't have this weekend's podcast up yet, they usually put it up Monday evenings! The show is up on the site to listen to again but that's the full version with all the songs and adverts and crap and I don't want to have to sit through that

I doubt he'll mention Kristen anyway, but heyho

Did anyone listen to the new Russell podcast, any news in it?

Nope, nothing. Well, he talks about a recent incident in which he was filming a scene walking to his limo, and ended up tripping over the laces of his boots and falling on his face. But other than that.. not many mentions of the movie. He did have the stills photographer for the movie on, and he talked a bit about how he got into the business and that he enjoyed taking pictures of Russell, heh. But nothing of interest or KB-related.

We actually got some interesting info out of Russell in this weekend's podcast!

He and Kristen have a sex scene

and he was very unimpressed with the scary contraption they used to strap up his genitals

and Kristen had to wear skin coloured underwear stuck on with sticky tape, and a jelly bra

and there is one tender part which he found weird to do, but the rest of it was easier because it's comedic, and he's swinging his arms around and doing lots of crazy positions, heh.

And he said he felt sorry for Kristen because she's so sweet and tiny and looked all vulnerable, so he felt protective of her and kept handing her a sheet between takes so she could cover herself up. Bless.
