The dance mat bit cracks me up because she's barely even on it most of the time

The dance mat was hilarious. I wish the flash-backs hadn't been so fast, you barely had time to process the joke!

Heee. I loved that bit so much! We laughed so hard. And I loved Aldous for picking up on her mood and wearing the shirt. "Sarah bought me this shirt." "I could have guessed."

"No, I like it, I didn't like it at first but now I really think it's good.."

"This has got us in a terrible situation, now I'm going to have to sit with them wearing this shirt."

and then the old man walking by at dinner wearing it.

That was sooo hilarious. *giggles* That whole dinner was comedic brilliance. Apart from when Rachel started grating on my nerves.

Speaking of Rachel, while rewatching again I really don't get why you think she didn't show any interest in Peter until Sarah.. the only time she saw Sarah before she and Peter kissed in the sea was that first Peter/Sarah/Aldous scene in the lobby!

I've rewatched it too and I still have that feeling. She didn't seem sure about the kiss or the relationship until Sarah talked to her. And she really really annoyed me during the dinner scene. She put it on too thick for my taste there. Plus she had only helped Peter even get that room in the hotel after she knew Sarah was displeased about him being there. It just added up throughout. I don't know. I can't help how I feel. I'm surprised by it myself, but of all the characters I felt that Rachel was the one that was most two-dimensional and least well explained. I didn't get what deal was with her not wanting to go back and with her ex. It was confusing, I didn't get her backstory at all. Maybe that's one more reason why I couldn't relate to her and just found her more and more annoying as time wore on. Plus she wasn't that funny either in the movie. *shrugs*

Btw you thought that Sarah was faking the crying in that scene? When she came to talk to Rachel?

That's what it seemed like to me! I might not have if it wasn't for the way she did that total ditzy drama-queen hand shake as she walked off maybe that's just Sarah, but it seemed so OTT and actress-y to me.

Thanks Chris! Some of those features weren't listed on the other list we got, right? A couple Russell related ones. Nice to see how long they all are though, 34 minutes of video diaries makes me very happy

Does that mean they filmed more than just Animal Instincts?

I'm trying not to be too gleeful that we get the DVD two weeks before the US, but I can't help it, sorry

Auditions! why is that not on the R2? I'm going to have to end up getting both R1 and R2, heh.

And seriously, 8 people doing a commentary? That's going to be.. interesting

We get the DVD before the US? Wow! That's right after my birthday too, so I'll have to treat myself hopefully since I can't exactly ask to get it

All the extras sound awesome! Especially the commentary Although I don't like that they don't both have the same stuff

I don't think there's much that's different! Just the Auditions from what I can see but I think they did say on the R2 that it was yet to be confirmed, so maybe we will get them? Would suck if we didn't!
