|  Lost Girl is about this girl (succubus) who is caught in a war against two sides, the dark fae and the light fae. Both sides want her to choose a side because no "fae" can be a solo person, she chooses no sides. She was raised by normal human parents so she wasn't aware of her powers until she was a teen and she killed her boyfriend, which made her runaway from home and she had been running ever since. Now she's like some kind of detective that helps both, the dark fae and the light with any and all problems they may have. Some of the episodes start slowly revealing her past saying how her mom is coming for her and that she's going to eventually have to choose a side when the actual war begins. Aside from sucking the life force from men/women when she makes out with them, she has the ability to seduce them with her touch and also... the funniest thing that keeps me watching this show is that whenever she gets injured or weak, she has sex with this... werewolf... and she gets fully healed. Some of the stuff that happens is so hilariously cracky that I love it.
