^ It was. If I really think about it though, I would say that it didn't sound like Topanga to get caught up in her looks like that.

I agree, but I'm ok with it considering it only happened on the show once. I think it was more for the benefit of teaching the audience a lesson, than it being in character for Topanga though.

^ Yes! I don't remember Topanga getting caught in that trap more than that one time, so it was definitely done to show viewers that they should always staying true to themselves.
 Now that I think about it, Topanga was the best character to show viewers what getting caught in that trap is like.  __________________

^ Exactly. Topanga did seem like the least likely character to let the attention that a new look brings get to her head. It was also interesting how quickly she put together her new look. It just showed that she had that side in her. All it took was for one mishap to bring it out.

It did, it was nice how after that she still got to change her style after that & it wasn't seen as a shallow thing, just a teenage girl experimenting with her look, which is normal & ok

 I'm happy to hear that Topanga experimented with her style, and she expressed herself through the clothes she wore. I did think that she had a great sense of style, no matter what she wore. __________________
