^ I'm sure Cory saw plenty of similarities between Shawn and Maya before they officially met. Maybe part of him wanted to find out if they would mesh well together.

^ Definitely. There must have been so many times where Maya said or did something that reminded Cory of Shawn. I bet he was looking forward to the day where they met and he got to see them together.

^ Now that you mention, I agree with you that it would have been great to see Shawn and Maya's first interactions from Cory's POV. He knew both of them so well, and he definitely thought about the two of them meeting.

Yeah - even though Riley knew Maya well, she didn't know much about Shawn at all, so Cory would have been more likely to know that they were going to have a connection

^ Yes, indeed. I think only viewers like us wanted details like that in the show.
 If it is in the show, then I am going to be so happy to discover it. If it isn't, then I'm going to assume that Cory or Topanga thought that a Shawn/Maya face-to-face would be a sight to behold. |

^ Aw, I love it! The gif set shows how Shawn gave Maya hope, but I always thought that they gave each other hope. It always gave me feels when they would show up and show each other that they could count on each other.

That's a good point, we saw it so much from Maya's pov, but I bet you're right that Maya gave Shawn a lot of hope too
