^ That is exactly how I picture Shawn reacting to Maya going on dates.
 Then Maya would facepalm and apologize to her date, because her dad just can't seem to act normal.   Then Shawn would try to defend himself by saying that the date was about to make a move on her. And while this father-daughter...discussion would be going on, the date would sink lower and lower in his seat, because they would be drawing attention to them.  __________________
