^ That is so true. They spent so many years not knowing each other, and not having moments that brothers share as they grow up together. They should have made sure they stayed connected as much as they could.

^ Yeah. TPTB didn't come right out and say it, but there were definitely hints that Shawn and Jack weren't as close as we thought they were and/or should have been.

I really loved my happy bubble after Boy Meets World ended but before Girl Meets World started. Those were the years where my headcanon was that Shawn and Jack had solified their brotherly bond, and they stayed in touch.

^ I've also been 're-writing' that part of their story. I wish TPTB had given some indication that there was some hope that our headcanon could come to pass for Shawn and Jack.

^ I don't understand it. The least TPTB could have done was to tell us that Shawn and Jack had stayed in touch with each other. Clearly TPTB had other ideas. I'm disappointed that my happy bubble that they were still a family was burst.

If TPTB couldn't bring Shawn and Jack together on-screen so we could see their brotherly bond, we could have at the very least been reminded of it. There is nothing that stopped TPTB from dropping a hint here and there that they were still in touch.

^ Yeah. They must have had some thoughts on the absence of Hunter brothers moments on Girl Meets World. Their characters were such big parts of Boy Meets World. One or both of them must have known that viewers would want to see their characters on Girl Meets World.
