Judging by their kind of awkward fight, it was clear that neither one of them had a clue what to do. They learned how a fight between brothers was supposed to go when they were supposed to be too old for fights. I love that!

It seemed like they were fighting because they thought that's what brothers did. That's why their fight didn't have any heat or anger in it.

I remember them wrestling when Jack got Shawn that gift for his graduation, & they commented then about how they always end up wresting

I watched that scene, and it was awesome! When Jack thought that Shawn wasn't appreciating his graduation gift, and Shawn thought the caricature was a crappy picture, they started wrestling and Jack started trying to get Shawn to deal with his feelings about graduating high school. Then when Jack asked Shawn why they always ended up wrestling, and Shawn concluded that it was their way of communicating, and they wrestled a little more.
