lol That was funny too, he was already planning for the babies. I still say that should of happened on GMW. That they were married and had kids of their own, and they could of been one of Riley's friends. What a waste but at the same time, I don't even take GMW seriously or considering it canon for the rewrite hatchet job they did on them.

That would have been really cute, I think they would have had kids a lot later than Cory/Topanga though, so they wouldn't have been Riley's friends, but still it would have been nice to see

It was really great to see them learning to navigate the relationship waters together. I agree with you that it did help them grow closer for them to talk about their fears, because they knew that they were both scared about where their relationship was going.


I loved that! Shawn's reactions to Angela after he found out that it was her stuff in the purse told us that Shawn's feelings for Angela were new and scary for him. He didn't know how to handle himself around her.


The part in bold -- I expected that to have happened too. I was so sure that they would have found their way back to each other.

Shawn really irritated me with that, he was playing games. I'm glad Angela had enough, refused to wait around for him, and moved on.

^ I didn't think he was playing games. He thought he wanted one thing, but then he realized that he wasn't sure what he wanted. I do agree with you about Angela though. She should have walked away until Shawn knew what he wanted.


I'm disappointed that TPTB didn't see it that way.

Even though I understand why that happened, that moment breaks my heart.

I don't think he intentionally playing games either, but he was messing Angela around & it was good for her to stand up for herself. I'm glad Shawn had to fight so hard to get her back, because he really needed to earn her trust again imo

^ Oh, for sure. Angela deserved to be with someone who was sure that he wanted to be with her. In that moment, Shawn wasn't that guy. I'm glad she stepped back from their relationship, and she gave Shawn the time and opportunity to prove that he could be that guy for her.

^ I think it was very in-character for Shawn. He was a serial dater until he met Angela and he was bit by the love bug. I think part of him was scared of how deep his feelings for her went, so he tried to be 'serial dater Shawn' because he was good at/used to that. Then when he started dating around, he realized that he wasn't 'serial dater Shawn' anymore, but it was almost too late because Angela hadn't waited around for him to want to be with her again.

I guess I agree with that. He went back to the familiar but ended up regretting it. I even loved how he tried to pretend he could hook up with Angela no strings attached and he failed miserably lol.

^ Exactly. She changed him and the way he viewed relationships. He couldn't just be the no strings attached guy anyone, not after he got a taste of what love was supposed to feel like.
