I think I've blocked that part out. I'm not looking forward to re-watching that point of their relationship.

That does seem like something that happens. Sometimes they don't know what they've got until they've lost it.

Yeah, it sucked but we can't pretend it's a thing that doesn't happen to high school couples quite often. At least Shawn didn't take too long to realize what he had with Angela & put in the work to get her back

^^^I love that moment so much. Besides trying to get her back, I also love how hard Shawn worked to convince Angela to give their relationship a chance in S5. When he realized the stuff in the purse was Angela's and that he's fallen for her. I was like, "Go get your girl Shawn!"

^ It was awesome to see Shawn working so hard to convince a girl to give him a chance. It was definitely a great development for his character, a guy who was painted as a serial dater. It was interesting that he fell in love with her interests first, and that got him to realize that he needed to really get to know her.


That is my understanding of relationships in high school. I'm glad it didn't take him long to realize that he didn't want to be with anyone else. Like I said, you don't realize what you had until it's gone.

Aw, that is one of my favorite moments! It's such a raw and beautiful moment.

It was definitely raw, the way she said it through tears, but you knew she was happy in that moment, she was just overwhelmed by all the emotion

^ It will always be one of my favorite reconciliation. That raw emotion really hit me hard. You could tell how much freer they both felt in that moment, especially Angela.

You could tell she was holding in her feelings and that's why she started crying when she finally said she loves Shawn.

^ I agree. She tried to run away from her feelings, but in that moment, she faced her feelings head-on.


Oh, yes. It was like she couldn't fight her feelings anymore. It was so beautiful to see that weight lift off her shoulders. It looked like she finally let herself believe that she could be happy.

It was such a great moment for them. I loved how they were happy together after they got over that obstacle.

There was so much revealed in that moment. You could already see that they were both scared about giving their hearts, so they took things slow.


Me too! It was great to see them learning to navigate the relationship waters together.

It was, & it was good that they started talking about their fears back then, I think that as they grew closer, it helped them to be open with each other, so that they could always talk when they were starting to get freaked out

I just rewatched the episode where Shawn realizes Angela is the purse girl. I think it's so funny when he ran in the closet when Angela approached him cause he was so nervous lmao. I love how Shawn was a playboy but when he fell for Angela he was nervous about asking her out and about her liking him. Along with always saying she matters and that he wants her to really like him.
