If you mean Maya and Smackle, then I agree. If you mean Riley and Smackle, then can you expand on that?

^ Oh, that's right. Think about what would happen if Maya and/or Smackle tell Riley that popularity is not worth losing herself or her friends. Riley would probably not believe them. I think Maya and Smackle are the kind of people who would trust that their friend would realize on her own that popularity isn't something that is more important to her than her friends.

^ That's true. How long do you think it would take Riley to come to that conclusion? What do you think Maya and Smackle would do as they wait for Riley to come to that conclusion?

I can't imagine that it would take Riley more than three or four days to realize that popularity has changed her. I just can't decide if she will come to that realization on her own, or if Maya, Smackle or someone else will have to point it out to her.

^ Yes! That would be a great storyline for Riley, and for the three girls since it will show us that they will always love and support each other, even when one of them loses her way for a short time.

I think it would have been a good storyline for her & definitely one that I think would have come up at some point, because we saw a few times that she really cared about being popular & having everyone like her
