^ Well, how many stars would I need to make a constellation?
  Hints of whatever was going in their lives were always lurking around them during dinner. It was fun to see the family reacting to those moments. For example, there was that scene in The Fugitive. Cory was supposed to act very cool around his parents so that they wouldn't know that Shawn was hiding in his room, but his parents immediately knew that something was up.   I especially loved Morgan's 'Pathetic' comment.  __________________

Well, it looks like I have my work cut out for me.   That is true. He tried so hard to act normal but it just made him act weird. Of course his parents were going to know something was up. I loved how Alan grounded him two weeks when he saw the way he was acting. "What did I do?" "I don't know but the way you're behaving, it's gotta be at least two weeks."  __________________

If their kids were acting weird, then they grounded them for two weeks. Once they found out the reason for the weird behavior, then they adjusted the punishment to fit the crime.  __________________

^ Exactly! That's why they were the cool parents. They always knew what was up and they handled those tough parenting situations like champs. I bet, if they had written a parenting book, it would have been a best-seller.

Aw, now I want to read this book that we just thought of. I can just imagine the kids reading it, and thinking that the stories are about them and not their siblings. Then they would call Alan and Amy to ask them if certain stories were about them, and they would neither confirm nor deny their speculations.  __________________

^ Alan and Amy would be very sneaky about those stories. I think they would keep them just vague enough that none of them would know who the story is about.
Eric already knows what it's like for people to read about him and his childhood, so I think he would be the person that would be the calming force to his siblings.  __________________
