That's what he's good at! I did wonder in Mr Squirrels when he said 'no, this goes deeper' if the writers were hinting at the impending triangle - seeing as Lucas was the reason that Maya & Riley had started to fight.

It was, but I was also kinda scared that the writers were just stringing lucaya shippers along & had no intention of actually setting them up romantically. Very glad I was wrong
