I can get on board with that theory - especially as Riley was the villain in their fantasy, that in itself is pretty telling

It is so gorgeous, really brings back a lot of their best moments

Even just watching that clip brought back some of the anger from Ski Lodge - God, Riley just didn't get these two at all. If it wasn't her picture perfect idea of a relationship, then it must be wrong

"She must be destroyed or she'll destory us." - I think that says it all, not that they actually needed to 'destroy' her, but them beging together would hurt her, which they just weren't willing to do

I can’t watch Ski Lodge anymore. It’s a really tough episode to get through.

Same, it just makes no sense & tries to destory what had been building up for over two years, same in the eps where Riley decides that Maya isn't being herself anymore

That whole storyline with Maya not being herself will always bother me.

I didn't think things would turn out the way they did in Ski Lodge. The way TPTB 'wrapped up' the triangle did not leave me satisfied.

Same, that's why I have to think it was just a fake out & not the actual resolution to the whole thing. Other it was just terrible writing...

Personally, I don't believe that TPTB wrapped it up or resolved it, I think they were going to delve in to it more in the next season. Maya and Lucas look so tense with each other after Ski Lodge... if it was resolved and they didn't have feelings for each other, there wouldn't be a reason for there to be any tension between them.
