I think that look is a look that Topanga uses a lot when she reacts to Cory letting loose his Coryness.

^ I think most of the time Topanga is happy with the way her life turned out...but there are probably a few moments where she has wondered what her life would have looked like if she had gone to Yale.

That's true.
