I thought the episode was OK.

It was nice to learn what Jackeé's character does.

Every time the muffin hit Maya, I burst out laughing!

My DVR cut off the last part of the episode, so I didn't see what Lucas said to Riley at the end. Set the repeat tomorrow morning to record 5 minutes over.

I actually really liked this episode. The lesson wasn't super dramatic or put on strongly and I feel like the other episodes were too dramatic in that aspect.

I felt bad for Riley that Farkle wasn't honest with her.

I was hoping that Cory would switch up the teams (instead of merging them) and Riley & Lucas were gonna be on the same team.

I loved when Evelyn said, "What's a 'Farkle'?"

I enjoyed this episode. Mya getting hit in the head the muffin is hilarious!


I spent most of the episode trying to figure out whether or not the woman who was in the subway with Riley/Mya/Lucas in the pilot was the same as the Crazy Hat Lady. In the end, I still don't really know. But I think they are different people since I think if Crazy Hat Lady spent so much time observing people in the station, she would've already remember Riley/Mya from the pilot.

I didn't like Farkle in this episode...It's somewhat fun to see him riddle with greed and evil but I just think he went a little overboard. Also, I think this lesson sway away from U.S. History class a bit...it's more of an economic class.

I compared this to the Cory/Shawn vs. Minkus/Topanga businesses in Boy Meets World.

It actually is the same actress (Jackee Harry), but I'm not positive that they continued her "rich lady" demeanor, considering in the pilot she says she just got off an eleven hour shift.

Also, the whole issue about Cory losing control of his classroom almost every episode was addressed to the writers and they responded with this:

BMW had a lot of actors throughout the series who played 2, sometimes 3 different characters, so this could be the case with Jackeé. Maybe they liked her so much, they brought her back to be the "Crazy Hat Lady".

In a sense, Willie Garson has now played 4 different characters in the BMW/GMW universe!
