I think so

Legacy doesn't really feel like a season finale imo, it feels more like a prologue to season 3 - I think if you look closely, all the themes are there.

It definitely feels like they already started setting season 3 up at the end of season 2 with all that talk of feelings.

I'm really interested to see how Season 3 will go.
