^ I think they would have still been close and they would have known that they could count on each other...but I don't think they would have been as close as we left them.
  It happens all of the time. Friends, school, new interests, commitments and responsibilities would probably take up more of their time, which would leave less time for each other.  __________________

I always give the Realityland answer to questions about these characters. If you want the Happyland answer, then you should say so. =pI think Riley and Auggie will always be close. Their bond will only get stronger the older they get.
