Him and Smackle don't operate on the same level

add me to the fanlist as well, he's my favorite after Maya. I love Farkle so much.

The episode made me feel so bad for him, knowing his family history. Farkle deserves all the love in the world he's precious.

Corey was amazing in this episode.

I think he is my favorite character of the show.

I know Maya is the new "Shawn" but episodes like this makes me feel that Farkle is the new "Shawn" too.

The way he acted in this episode and earlier episodes reminds me of how Shawn acted in the original BMW.

Really loved the interaction he had with Zay at the end of the episode.

well he didnt get an abundance of focus until the very end but the 2nd half was definitely farkle heavy.

personally i dont think smackle appreciates farkle enough... sorry.

As for Smackle, you have to give her some credit, she does her best with her limitations, with the Aspergers and whatnot

Yeah, I think that is probably what the writers are trying to convey. It's nice that he understands and is so patient with her.

Though, tbh, I've became slightly annoyed, with the writers more so than Smackle herself, for all the Lucas comments lately. It's funny at times but too frequent in the last few eps. Especially given I don't exactly see why anything about Lucas would interest Smackle at all. Don't dislike him, but he's definitely not everyone's cup of tea.

Also not a fan of Farkle flirting with Rilaya while with Smackle. Rilaya are awesomeness but he has a girlfriend. Though he at least didn't seem to do that very often since they got together.

The writers have been sort of ridiculous with the couples lately. I mean, I'm a Riarkle shipper but Riley and Lucas makes sense in the context of the show. But the way that Farkle and Smackle is written, it's like they're not even dating. She even goes to the same school now, and it still feels like she's not really a part of the group most of the time. And then I don't even know where the writers got the idea for Maya and Zay. The show's a mess.

They just write their couples so inconsistent. Smackle/Farkle are always together, but shes flirting with someone else, and then RL dont even talk and they are apparently a couple.

Indeed it's so inconsistent. In s1 (if I remember correctly), they've established Smackle only pretended to like Lucas, but from s2 it's like she really does and it just annoys me.

I see what you guys mean about Rucas. Weird that's how they choose to write not only a canon relationship but their show's otp.

As much as it pains me to admit, I didn't even like how Rilaya were written at some points this season. They're the otp for me, but this season they made too many digs at each other for the sake of comedy.

But anyway, not to spam Farkle's thread anymore. Loved him in Girl Meets The Great Lady of New York. And it's definitely one of the eps where I feel Smackle should have been there.
