 I think she realizes that the bond that the three of them share is an everlasting bond, and nothing and no one will be able to break it.  I think she would make a wonderful addition to their trio. She may know them for considerably less time in comparison to the trio, but she does have a connection to all of them.  __________________

^ I loved it!
I think there were a few instances where he tried to help both of them by pointing things out. For example, when Cory and Topanga both got jobs on the same day. After Topanga told Cory about her amazing job as an assistant, Cory started telling Topanga about his new job as a magazine subscription telemarketer. And when Topanga didn't sound very excited about it, Shawn prompted her to 'try again.' __________________

^ You're right! They never tell him to butt out or anything like that. He's like the little angel on their shoulders, leading them down the right paths. He loves them both so much that he can't help trying to keep them both out of each other's 'traps'.
