She is, but I'm hoping that she'll grow into a stronger person too who doesn't have to be protected so much

^ I hope so too. As much as I've loved seeing Riley happy and sunshine personality, realistically I know that she can't stay that way. She will have to grow up and learn some truths. And even though I know her friends will always stick by her, at some point, they will have to let Riley stand on her own two feet, and make mistakes so she'll learn from them.

That is something I would always want to see. I wish we could have seen it.

^ Yeah.

Even if TPTB do give us another glimpse of the Matthew' family, it won't be the same. We're about to hit two years since Girl Meets World ended, which is two years of moments that we didn't get to see. And we can certainly wait and hope, but who know how long that wait will be, if it happens at all.

I wanted that for Riley too, it was definitely needed for her - she could still have been a positive person, but just with a bit more balance

I wish we could have seen this group of friends as young adults. They each had their own personalities and it was always so much fun to see them all in scenes together. I would have wanted to see what their reactions would have been to more adult situations, like handling college.
