I guess that with having three kids around, they knew that if they let other people walking in stop them, they'd never get to be close to each other

^ Oh, I didn't even think about that. =) I can totally get that. I'm sure the children walked in on them hugging and kissing quite a bit, so they got used to the interruptions. =p

^ Exactly. Maybe Amy grounded Alan plenty of times when they were first starting out, but after so many years of marriage, Alan learned his lessons and it didn't happen that often.

^ There's no doubt about that. It would have been fun to see them trying to win their battle against each other, but in the end, caving because they would realize that they would prefer to get back to their lovey-dovey dynamic.
