Ever since being pregnant I’ve been taking naps. The exhaustion just gets the best of me. I do try (and lately most times fail) to use an alarm to wake me up after an hour tops to be sure I can sleep at night.

Mix of both. Been having a headache since last night. I’m gonna take an aspirin for it in a little bit. I thought sleeping might have helped but it’s still the same.
