Being one of the last ones in our circle has given us many different examples of what we might expect but each child has other ways of being and showing their wants and needs.

I don’t think i was mentally ready enough two years ago, and to add a little one in the situation we were in, wasn’t a good idea anyway.

You get used to it after a while and it’s only 5 mornings in a row, the next week it’s the late shift which starts at noon and you could catch up on sleep.

Weekend

Mini-Photoshoot yesterday for my grandmothers birthday next month, me and my cousin got her 3 great grandkids together for a decent picture (she already has one of the older generations each)

One of the last baby visits this afternoon.

You?

Anyone need some extra degrees? Today marks day one of a heatstroke. They’re expecting 32-33° the entire week, even on next Saturday. Daycare has asked to dress the kids appropriately. I’m starting Margo with a T-shirt and light pants, I don’t care if she ends up going home in one of her sleeveless onesies. i’ll Probably be giving her cooling baths before the last bottle just to be sure she’ll be sleeping well.

That is a busy weekend!

I had a bday party and then run some errands.

That’s a heatwave! Here we are supposed to have rain all week amd maybe snow!

It was and we felt it! Margo tends to get fussy when she gets too tired through lack of nap time. I’m curious how today and this evening are gonna go. She hasn’t been to daycare in over 2 weeks. Fingers crossed she won’t mind

25 days and it’s summer break!

Only 25 days!

25 days then I'm home for 2 weeks, 1 week back at work and then another week at home. Daycare closes for 3 weeks but they're not exactly the same weeks as my company... it was a puzzle back in January but we figured it out

a lot of kids do

she was a little fussy but was sound asleep when i got home. I'm curious for tonight. she's got a checkup from the services ( new update on how big she is) but needs another vaccination shot.. and this time it's tom who's taking her...
