a war with an invisible enemy. I watched parts of a documentary bout the firstline caretakers who say they feel like they are in the trenches (?) trying to keep the enemy at bay.

just before the lockdown, a production company had started a documentary following people in the ER, our national virologist, caretakers who visit people at home,... it's stuff from 3-4 weeks ago. and as the rules were changing, they adjusted from having cameramen and soundpeople around, they instructed people how they could film themselves, or put on body cams, how to clean the equipment,... just to keep getting firstline view. it's amazing to see how quickly everything evolved.

I watched a talk show last night, they changed a lot of the scenery. the location is still the same, but there's no public around when it's showtime, all the camera's are being directed from a distant location, no cameracrew around, they have to do their own makeup and hair, when the show is on air, the hosts and guests are sitting at the right places, each with their own (enough) distance.

it's silly how everything seems to keep going but at what a different pace/style. but it's good cause it means that everyone understood the message.
