Welcome to the first "Will Bryan Be In S3" Discussion Thread

So, we are talking about Bryans return/or not to OTH in several threads, that´s why I was thinking about opening a thread, where everybody can post what she/he thinks and what OTH would be like without BG (because we have to consider this, too).

Okay, you begin. My opinion comes later.

He disappeared...

...then he came back...

(bg.de)

...and eventually left again...

(bg.de)

...so tell me, isn´t it possible that he´ll come back again???

Possible reasons why he comes back

1.) He comments on the second season DVD Box.
2.) Mark Schwahn loves him.
3.) There´ll be a character added to the Opening Credits (maybe Bryan).
4.) There´s still a locker on the OTH set that says "Jake".
5.) Bryan has no new projects (referring to imdb.com).
6.) There are so many open storylines around him.

I think he'll come back

they left a lot of things open

like the whole Nicki thing.

The show without him would be empty

the eppies without are painful to watch now..

This thread was a good idea.

Jessica - I'm sure you'd make a great banner.

And I do think that Bryan will be back. Yes, the dialogue made it feel like Jake would be gone for a long time, but the writing left so many loose ends. The door is wide open for him to be on the show at any time. Also...he has had no projects listed on IMDb since Prime (which is in post-production and set for release in theatres in October). PLUS...it has been rumored that a young cast member will be added to the opening credits. Bryan or Lee or basically the only two probable additions. I love Lee...but I have to say that I'm hoping it's Bryan that's been added.

Plus - we still have Mark's comments from the last set of chat questions he answered. He mentioned that Bryan was aware of how beloved Jake is by both him (Mark) and the audience...and he said that the door was always open for Bryan to become a regular.

I never heard about it that a young cast member will maybe added to the opening credits. That´s awesome. I´d love to hear that they mean Bryan.

Lee is cool, but I guess Bryan is more involved in all the storylines. Even though I hope Lee will be in season 3 with a lot of appearances.

Jamie, you made my day with that info, although it´s just a rumour. I´m so excited.

Yeah, I guess too, that Bryan will stay. One other big fact is that he comments on the second season dvd box. guess that´s a sign.

I'm actually not sure if the added cast member thing is a rumor or if it's been confirmed.

I haven't gone to the spoiler thread in a while...I heard this from someone else who read it.

Anyway, I hope it's true and that it's Bryan.

And I knew that I forgot to mention something - the S2 DVD!

Yes, I would think that it would be very odd to have Bryan doing a commentary on the DVD if he weren't going to be on the show anymore.

i think that Bryan could well be back next season. i mean why start the whole Jake/Peyton thing if they arent going to carry on with it.

also the whole commentray on teh dvd thing would be slightly silly if he wasnt coming back, plus we know how much mark loves bryan.

I didn't know that, now I'm really looking forward for the DVD.

I think that Bryan may be back next season because of the way they end his story line that left so many loose ends and beside Mark really like Bryan and he know that how much fans adore him. Hopefully he be back this time and won't leave us hanging again.

If they do added another cast member I hope it's gonna be Bryan.

I definitely think Bryan will be back next season. But I think a lot of things will have to happen first. I think Peyton will be in a relationship (don't know with who, I'm not even going to guess), and Jake's return will put her in a very difficult situation. He'll probably show back up right before a hiatus or possibly in the season finale (although I hope we won't have to wait that long). But I can picture it all in my head right now.

I'm just hoping that the cast member that's being added is Bryan..so we won't have to wait that long

Bryan has to come back... There are so many parts of the show that only Jake could fill. The whole Peyton situation. They were together and so many people loved this couple.I really hope that he comes back for season 3. (Im making the banner now)
