I hope so because April doesn't need to be dealing with Catherine on top of Motherhood and possibly PPD (there is some speculation about that storyline going to April)

I hope we do not witness that story for April. While I understand that the show is a drama and they need some excitement or stories, I think she deserves some normalcy after the loss of Samuel, and a divorce with Jackson. PPD would be interesting but too heavy for the character who has experienced enough within the last few years.

If they play it for comedy, it'll be worse. Or maybe in just one episode and then it'll be forgotten.

I think the speculation comes from PP Shonda had one of the characters on that show go through a traumatic event where he baby was cut out of her stomach and she ended up having PPD ..... While I do want April happy I think Sarah would slay that story if it was done proper.
