So I watched the episode. I actually kind of liked it -- it was nice to cry happy tears for once!

Also I loved that scene in the OR with Amelia, Callie, and Arizona. Her little ramble reminded me of the old Amelia, which was nice to see.

It's nice to see her more mature, but I've missed the old Amelia, too. The scene where Meredith, Maggie, and Amelia are dancing it out was cute. I'm glad Amelia and Meredith are back on good terms, and I can't wait to see more of the sisters together next season. I for one would love to see a friendship between Amelia and Maggie.

I'm not a Meredith fan, well not anymore so anytime she is near Amelia I cringe. Also, the dancing was a Cristina/Meredith thing and it felt forced. Unpopular opinion I hope we never seen a scene between them unless need too.

Yeah, I get the feeling that's what the show has planned for s12 since they ended it that way.

It's the only thing to look forward to, I've wanted them to be friends forever. Honestly, the Amelia, Maggie, Meredith trio was the only good part of the finale besides the voicemail.

It's so forced. Meredith needs someone so of course Amelia and Maggie has to step in when the fact is if Cristina was there it would be Amelia and Maggie who?

no, it's not forced, it actually makes logical sense. Amelia/Mer makes more sense than Maggie/Mer, since Amelia is more like Cristina than Maggie ever was. Amelia has Cristina's humor, Maggie has Cristina's specialty. They're the perfect trio.

They're less forced than Alex/Mer/Callie/Maggie imo. That was kind of random, though I enjoyed some of their scenes.

Their only have been 2 friendships that I liked and that is Charlotte/Amelia and Sheldon/Amelia. no one on grey's has clicked with Amelia imo.

I second this.

Aside from the Jackson and April thing, I think this could have been a series finale. There weren't any major cliffhangers, which are usually in a season finale. Personally I think it should have been a series finale, but I also think Grey's needed to end years ago...
