This could be avoided if the writers knew how to write better reasons for the characters to leave when the actresses are pregnant or absent. Izzie left Alex, Arizona kinda left Callie and now Amelia leaves Owen. It's repetetive. Actress is pregnant = characters leaves their SO or they have a terrible accident

I am not a huge fan of her hair that way. I think her look might have been softened a bit if she let her hair down.
