Well, they did start Meredith/Derek and Amelia/Owen as a parallel relationship beginning in 11x19. Amelia changes her mind about having kids so many damn times, though, it's crazy. And the running thing ... yep, we've seen that before (hi/bye, James ... ) I never thought James and Amelia were MFEO (James was too much of a Gary Stu -- too perfect for Amelia). Though, I will confess Owen is different than Amelia's previous types. Ryan and James both resembled Derek in appearance.

If she *doesn't* have trouble getting pregnant, she'll find out she's pregnant unexpectedly. No pregnancies are planned on Grey's (except Ellis ... but look how that turned out.)

I don't like her right now. This is such a childish behavior, hiding from her husband. She should talk to him, explain why she is acting so strange. I mean she obviously loved him when she decided to marry him. Yes, they rushed into this marriage, but nevertheless she loved him. And now she wants nothing to do with him. I don't get where this change of heart comes from.

Getting married, yes. But I don't think their relationship was rushed. It was a build up over seasons.

I think it's just childish as Amelia does, and she lives with Edwards and hides from Owen? What shoud that ? Is it five years? She should talk to him and if it does not work then she should be divorced, but still better than hiding.

And then she can go to Los Angeles and marry James.

I don't think it's that simple, because I'm sure Owen will fight for this marriage. He already lost Cristina, he would do anything to hold on to his marriage with Amelia. And I guess that's the reason she is hiding. She doesn't want him to talk her out of it. But I agree. It's childish because she should know she can't hide from him forever. They both work in the same hospital. I'm sure she doesn't think of quitting her job because of him.

What about Amelia? Does she still want to fight for her marriage? I also think that Meredith is probably still there because Amelia was also Derek's sister and since Owen was married to Cristina and she should take care of Owen. Owen is thinking I'm willing to give up children.

But I think it can be funny as well, since Owen confides to Nathan, because everything is good again, and when Owen learns that Meredith and Nathan have sex with each other, Owen Nathan will hate again.

Didn't she say there is nothing to fix? I think she was talking about her marriage with Owen. That's what bothers me the most. She doesn't want to save her marriage. She just gives up and hopes that Owen can accept her decision.
