Hot? It's 44 degrees (f) here at the moment. Of course that's all due to the stupid rainfall we've endured over the last 10 days. It's supposed to be clear this weekend though. I'm just hoping it stays that way.


I was just reading an interview with the president of The WB and the interviewer was inquiring about Everwood. The main question posed was why Everwood was the only bubble show not to return next fall. The pres gave some half-assed excuse before finally admitting that it was between Everwood and 7th Heaven (even though 7H was supposed to be over this season). He said that the 7million people who tuned into the 7H finale couldn't be ignored and they wanted to use that next season to ensure the CW (or as I so affectionally call it The CrackWhore network) has a fighting chance. The interviewer asked why they couldn't have brought both shows back but the pres said it was because they wanted something new. (And 7H is new?) Then he was asked why they couldn't have given Everwood a 13 episode order in case a new series failed, and he said it was because they wanted to go a new route. So basically, this idiot wanted to ignore the 5 million viewers who do tune into Everwood for more than likely a bunch of failure pilots. No wonder The WB is now defunct...it's run by a bunch of morons who are only considering their fat paychecks. Oh well, I'll have to get over it. I'm just irritated that quality dramas are being replaced by soap opera "family dramas". The CW can now officially count me out of their viewers because I have no reason to go back.

Kate, that is sad. I think there should have been room for Everwood. But I'll probably watch CW. It does have a few shows that I enjoy (mostly from UPN).

I will probably only tune in for America's Next Top Model....but the rest of the show's I watch are going to be done after this season. Of course, that's only 2 shows.

welcome CrisBR, I suppose cold in Brazil is different from cold in Germany. Here it is typical spring wheather. sometimes it is warm and sunny and the next day it's rainy and cold, like today. It's about 12°C that equals about 53°F
