She got the byname "Nazi" for good reason once. Now she became one. I really don't like what she did to Meredith and the others. I'm glad Minnick spoke out and put her in her place. I can see more trouble coming out of this.

My hatred goes all the more to Bailey. How can this stupid cow dare to suspend meredith? It is not so the Meredith is no longer the chief of general surgery, no she does not work any more? Is this really easy? Meredith has three children to feed and is actually the boss of Bailey. If one should be fired, then Bailey !!!!!!

A pity that Meredith is not pregnant, because then it would be impossible for Bailey to suspend her, because of the protection protection of the mother becoming mother. Meredith should get a lawyer to help.

That's what I felt too. When she suspended Meredith and spoke to Alex. They are like family to her, or should I say were? I don't know why she is acting so remote and harsh. Maybe it's her way to deal with the changes? I'm sure deep inside she feels miserable.
