From what I'm hearing "Into You like A Train" and the Superbowl eps were submitted. If that's true, they saw her range comedy/drama.

That's a good question. I know they changed the way that they selected who gets the award, but I don't know how the nominees get on the list in the first place.

I mean Ms. jWilson just gave a much deeper and much wider range of emotion this season. I mean she was great the first season, but this season, i felt like I got to know her alot better. She just wasn't another "sista with sass"

So I am so glad they gave her more depth to her role, got a chance for her to showcase more of her emotions. And to show taht she really does care for her interns.

It was right on the part when Izzie said that she couldn't be a surgeon, and that she quit. She turned around and then Bailey called out for her and said,

She had this look on her face. The Chief looked stunned too. I personally don't think he was going to kick her out the program, I think he was just going to reprimend her and sit her down to find out why she did it.

But Bailey could had got in trouble for covering for them. I mean the Chief knew she knew something, he just didn't push it.

I just wanted to say that by the end of episode 2.04 I wanted to hug Miranda

She really cares for ppl, and anyone who has two eyes can see that. IMO, she's not that good at hiding it. So yeah, she orders around merciless, lol, but she also cares for ppl. Seeing her by Cristina's bed, and crying on the phone when calling that patient's parents... *sniff*

I love her banter with Derek. She always leaves him kinda speechless, doesn't she?

'Go tell someone who cares' or sth like that is what she said to him in the bar when he started complaining that both, his wife and his girlfriend kissed him

The scene in the elevator was just as good, LOL.

Seems to me that Derek really likes her, despite everything

Yeah, he certainly does. Maybe he sees her strength of character and finds it appealing...especially with the situations he's been finding himself in lately, where he needs some decent advice...even if he doesn't always follow it...
