There is one scene that is just so great. When George has to perform open heart surgery all alone cause the backup generators are not strong enough, that chief asks Bailey who is responsible cause she knows everything. And it turns out that it has been his fault.

That was so funny. And when she told Burke what was wrong with him. He gave her a minute where he wasn't her boss, to say it. And when he interrupted her, she says something like "I have 23 more seconds."

I loved that scene, too. Cause we didn't really know Burke then and she jsut say everything we thought and was so refreshingly honest.

I love that about her. Every time everything is just complicated and confusing Bailey knows what to say or yells at the right person in the elevator.

When Bailey was telling Burke everything that was wrong with him, for a moment they were my UC ship. But as you know Sarah, I've moved on to Burke/Addison.

My favorite Bailey scene is when Derek walked into the elevator and Bailey stopped it for him. It was so awesome!! It was just silient, knowing, peers.
