I can only assume that he will be around alot for next season since Chris O Donnell has signed on to do more episodes in the new season. YAY Im so excited!

Exactly... He hasn't even been around that long, but it definitely says a lot for him that he was willing to just go along with the whole celibacy thing...and even seem to approve of it. Hope he continues on being supportive like this...seems to be just what Mere needs right now...

The Reasons
  1. Because he got her to put down her knitting.
  2. Who needs celibacy?
  3. He's healing her dog.
  4. It was love at first sight.
  5. You can't deny the chemisty.
  6. Because he's the only doctor to mend her heart.
  7. Because in that moment she forgot all about McDreamy.
  8. Because he is her McVet.
  9. Because they birthed a horse together on their first date.
  10. Because she picked Door #1
  11. He lent her his shirt.
  12. He cooked for her.
  13. It's Ok that she's celibate
    because he made her smile...again
    because McVet beats McDreamy
    because he is a fresh new start
    because he respects her
    because he doesn't give her the disaproving look
    because he doesn't jugde her
    because he wants her
    because he wants to spend time with her
    because he's not married(actually this should be n°1 )
    because he makes her feel alive

Now, this is how my brain works... I'm naturally paranoid, TV-wise, so my brain's been dwelling on the whole "he's fine with the celebacy thing... What if he doesn't believe in sex before marriage?

I mean, it could happen. And I can see how that could eventually get between him and Meredith.

Meantime, of course, I'm just waiting for that scene where Derek's all huffing and puffing in front of McVet about how dare he go out with Meredith... 'Cause McVet so has the upper hand on that one! Particularly if Addison happens to be in the room at that moment.

lavy, those reasons are really great.

Eh, I didn't think much of the willing to wait thing. I mean it was only their first date. Granted that's "waiting" by Meredith's standards. But for most people ....not a big deal.

AW Love them! Finn already seems to get Meredith, and I know I said this before, but she really is cute around him

Reasons-
They're both a little damaged and scary
They could repair each other
She's turning his luck around
Their relationship makes Izzie feel proud of Meredith
