As I have said in the other thread. I am not convinced April and Jackson are back together. I think they crossed a important barrier in their recent tension, and gave insight into Jackson's inner mood in relation to his mother, but they were away, and on a high from a successful unique surgery.
Back home, in the land of reality we might see them still apart, but better with each other. But I do think they made some important strives with each other. And maybe on the road, but I am not sure they are there yet. __________________

So I've only watched a few eps this year mainly cos I keep reading reviews before watching. I have 3 characters I like alex jackson april and at this point in reading reviews aprils essentially an extra who talks every so often. jackson and alex are in it more but not by much.
I keep reading maggie/jacksons a possibility the only good thing about that is jackson will be in a lot more cos maggies the most overused character. |

I don't think Maggie is physically attractive. I don't care how rude it comes off. I often find that women on this show are completely unattractive, yet the show runners have the men playing their boyfriends pretending that they find them attractive. Some obvious examples are: Meredith/Nathan, Bailey/Ben, even Cross/Stephanie when he called her pretty (she has gained so much weight she is not looking her best lately).
However, considering that Jackson is far too attractive in comparison to the entire cast, it would be taking the cake for him to even look at Maggie with romantic interest. I guess I don't find it realistic, because I kind of take care of my own appearance, and would not find myself picking someone so far beneath me to please societal standards of not being vain. This would make some sense if maybe her personality was redeeming, but she behaves like a 12 year old and has all the qualities people make fun of April for, but amplified to a ridiculous degree. The only person I can see her with is Cross, and that is because they behave the same. __________________

There's no point in discussing who is or isn't attractive. In most cases love isn't about how pretty you look IMO. Plus it isn't the topic of this thread.

It is the topic of the thread since we are discussing Jackson, who is very much relevant to this thread.
However, I did point out that perhaps your personality can make you attractive, but many of the women on this show are unattractive in their personalities, so it cannot compensate for their looks. I guess I am not from the mind-frame that political correctness is needed. I often find GA tries hard to make people feel good about themselves instead of telling stories that are realistic. __________________

This is to appreciate and/or discuss the couple that is April and Jackson, not about how all the actors aren't that pretty. __________________

Sorry but I disagree completely. If we have some idea that Jackson may be paired with someone else, we have a right to discuss it. It impacts our story and therefore we should be able to discuss it. Telling us to sequel only about scenes pertaining to Jackson and April is wrong and has never been the tone of this thread and/or board.
I am quite honestly tired of the policing of this board. People come into threads merely to tell us to be nice and stifle our opinions, without offering any insight into the themes discussed in the thread. It just comes across as a way to make it comfortable for others who don't like to read opinions different from their own. ETA-I'll just give myself a break from this board. It's not as if it's very interesting anyways. No one even comments because the show sucks. __________________
