IMO it's dumb not to promote his return at all, since he's a major draw for a lot of the audience ((he's one of the reasons I started watching in the first place)). You would think that they would promote his return, though I guess that article/sneak peek was released as a tease to get people to watch and then he won't return until episode 15 or 16.

The sneak was released to tease people.. I saw a lot of comments thinking he's going to be in the episode.. which I don't think he will be.. if they want it to be a surprise I get why no promotion that he's back.. which sucks.

No Derek in flesh tonight, just mentions but that actually infuriate me because Webber used Derek's spinal tumor to push Amelia when he wasnt supportinve of Derek at the time for trying to do the impossible... Hipocritical much!

And yeah, it was a tease. He wouldnt appear in this epi but maybe the tease worked for some people to watch tonight...

Or maybe she and Stephanie can fly like superheroes to another planet where their amazing super skill in healing could be needed? #Sarcasm I am bitter, I know...but cant help it. Feel so cheated. This "detour" literally just make me waste time...I just hope it really ended and they can focus in Meredith in the so called Season of Mer, which, let me tell you is one of SR biggest lie ever...
